Registration and deposit

Registration will be final upon confirmation of the registration form by email via the contact section of the OSSIO website.

Concerning reservations taken at least 8 days before the outing, a deposit check of 30% of the total amount of the service will be requested. This will not be cashed unless canceled within 8 days preceding the release. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of departure.

INSURANCE

Ossio has professional liability insurance.

Each practitioner is advised to have “Individual Accident Insurance”.

PHYSICAL CONDITION

Each practitioner must inform the OSSIO structure of a particular medical treatment such as diabetes, asthma or other before leaving.

Cancellation conditions and fees

In the event of cancellation by the OSSIO structure due to bad weather or other conditions, the deposit paid will not be cashed.

If the customer decides to cancel on his own, he must inform OSSIO in writing allowing for an acknowledgment of receipt: this may be by letter, with the postmark as proof. An email is also accepted.

Total cancellation fee amount:

more than 8 days before the trip: no cancellation fees.

between 8 days and 48 hours before departure: 30% of the total price including tax of the trip.

less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the total price including tax of the trip.
